1. Shipping Methods
We currently offer the following delivery options for the United Kingdom:
- UK Eco Friendly Shipping: Standard, environmentally-friendly delivery.
- UK Priority Eco Shipping: Priority delivery with fast handling and environmentally-friendly practices.
Your package will be handled by our logistics partners and delivered directly to the address provided when placing your order.
2. Delivery Areas
We primarily ship to the United Kingdom, but we also offer international shipping. Shipping options and fees may vary based on the customer’s location.
3. Delivery Times
Orders are typically delivered within 7 to 12 business days after shipment for UK Eco Friendly Shipping. Delivery times for UK Priority Eco Shipping may be shorter, depending on local conditions and peak periods (holidays, sales, etc.).
4. Order Preparation Time
Orders are usually prepared within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation. This is the time needed to check, pack, and ship your order. This timeframe may vary during high-demand periods.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are based on the order value and the selected delivery option:

- UK Eco Friendly Shipping: £7.99
- UK Priority Eco Shipping: £9.99

- UK Eco Friendly Shipping: Free
- UK Priority Eco Shipping: Free
Note: Free shipping applies to all orders of £50 or more, regardless of the selected shipping method.
6. Tracking Number
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number within 3 days. You can use this number to track your package on our "Track My Order" page.
7. Taxes and Customs Duties
Your package may be subject to import taxes and customs duties specific to the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility, and we cannot anticipate or cover them. We recommend checking with your local customs office for potential fees before placing an order. Please note that our logistics centers are based in Asia.
8. Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days of the order date to receive a refund to your original payment method or a store credit. To initiate a return, please use our dedicated "Returns & Refunds" page on our website.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
9. Undelivered Package
If you encounter any issues with your shipment beyond 15 days after placing your order (e.g., lost package, undelivered package), please use our "Returns & Refunds" page and select the reason "Lost package." Our logistics and customer service team will review your request and respond promptly.
10. Defective Product/Damaged Package
If you receive a defective product or a damaged package, please visit our "Returns & Refunds" page and select the reason "Defective product/damaged package." Our logistics and customer service team will handle your request as quickly as possible.
